How do I delete my account?

Open Lookn → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us and we’ll handle it within 30 days. Deletion is permanent.

How do I export my data?

Email support@looknapp.com with the subject "Data export" and your account email. We’ll send a JSON file with everything tied to your account within 30 days.

Is Lookn free?

Yes — the core app is free on iOS and Android. Some optional features are available as in-app purchases. There are no ads.

I lost my streak — can you restore it?

Usually, yes. Email us with the date the streak broke and your account email. We can normally restore it within a day.

Where is my data stored?

On AWS servers in the US, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never sell your data and we don’t train AI models on it. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Cancel a subscription

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lookn. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lookn. We don’t process card details ourselves; the store handles cancellations and refunds.
