Repairing a missed streak
A streak repair brings back a missed day so your run keeps going. You have three safety nets that kick in automatically, in this order: streak savers (earned by going on adventures), a one-time free repair, and a coin repair. Free and Plus users get the same safety nets.
🛟 Streak savers
Savers are your first safety net. They apply themselves automatically when you miss a day — no decision needed from you.
- How you earn them: start an adventure — every 2 adventures you start earns you 1 saver.
- How many you can hold: up to 2 at a time.
- What they do: each saver covers 1 missed day. So with 2 savers banked, you can lose 2 days and still keep your streak alive.
🎁 Your free repair
If you don't have any savers when a gap happens, your free repair kicks in instead. It's a one-time gift to your account.
- It covers 1 missed day, automatically.
- You only get one — it doesn't refresh monthly or yearly. After you use it, it's used.
- It can't stack with a saver to cover 2 missed days. (If you missed 2 and only have a saver + the free repair, the streak still resets.)
💎 Coin repair
If both your savers and your free repair are gone, you can still rescue a streak by spending coins — but this one isn't automatic. The app asks you first.
- Cost: 1,000 coins (called "glow gems" in the app).
- When you'll see it: only when you have no savers and your free repair is already used. Otherwise the automatic options handle it for you.
- What it covers: 1 missed day. (It won't rescue a 2-day gap on its own.)
🚀 What you'll actually see
- You miss a day. The next time you open Lookn (within the grace window), a streak repair screen appears.
- If a saver or your free repair takes care of it, Lookn shows the repair happening and your streak continues. Tap Continue and you're back in.
- If a coin repair is the only option, you'll see Repair for 1,000 glow gems and a Start over button. Pick whichever feels right.
💬 FAQ
I missed 3 days in a row — can I rescue them all?
No. The maximum a streak can survive is 2 missed days (covered by 2 savers). Anything longer than that resets, no matter how many repairs you have.
I don't see any repair option.
Either your streak is still fine (you're inside the grace window), or all three safety nets are used up. If they're all gone, the streak resets quietly without showing a screen.
Do Plus members get extra repairs?
No — the repair system is the same for everyone. Plus unlocks other things (extra adventures, exclusive items, Insights), but it doesn't change how repairs work.
How do I earn more savers?
Start an adventure (Willow Woods is free for everyone). Every 2 adventure starts adds 1 saver, up to your cap of 2.
