Canceling or restoring Lookn Plus
Canceling Lookn Plus is a 30-second job, but the steps go through Apple or Google — not Lookn. We can't cancel for you, because we don't process the payment.
↩️ Cancel on iOS / iPad
- Open Settings (the iPhone Settings app).
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Lookn in the active list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. Confirm.
Plus stays active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
↩️ Cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile picture (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find Lookn.
- Tap Cancel subscription. Pick a reason. Confirm.
↩️ Cancel during free trial
Same steps as above. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged a cent. Plus stays active for the rest of the trial period.
🚀 Shortcut from inside the app
On iOS, the Me tab → App Settings has a Manage Subscription link that deep-links to your Apple subscriptions page. (Android currently sends you to Google Play manually using the steps above.)
🔄 Restoring purchases
If you signed up for Plus on one device and don't see it on another:
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account that purchased.
- iOS: Me tab → App Settings → Restore purchases.
- Android: Google Play handles this automatically — open the app while signed into the right account and Plus should re-activate.
💬 FAQ
I cancelled but Plus is still showing as active.
Normal. Plus continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Check Apple/Google subscriptions to confirm the cancellation went through — they show the "expires on" date.
I want a refund.
Refunds go through the store, not Lookn. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store → order history → Request refund. We can't process refunds on our side.
I signed up on web — can I cancel there?
Lookn Plus is sold only through the App Store and Google Play right now. There's no web checkout to cancel.
