Getting started with Lookn

Lookn is a self-care companion app for iOS and Android. You and your baby koala koko build small, gentle daily habits together — tasks, journals, streaks, a dome you decorate, and friends you can send positive energy to.

⚡ Sign up in under a minute

1. Download Lookn from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap Start my journey 🐨 on the Hello screen.
3. Name your koko (the app auto-fills a cute suggestion — tap shuffle for more).
4. Tell us your own name, allow notifications when prompted, and answer a few quick onboarding questions so we can tailor suggestions.
5. Enter your email — Lookn sends a 6-digit verification code. There are no passwords; you log in by code each time.

👋 Your first 5 minutes

1. Add one task in My Goals ("mindful minute" or "water" are great first ones).
2. Complete it on Home. You'll earn 5 coins and your streak starts ticking.
3. Open Quests and finish a daily quest for more coins (and progress toward the WishBox).
4. Visit your dome in the World tab to see your starter setup.
5. Open the Shop and buy your first piece of furniture from Today's Picks or Essentials.

That's the full loop: tasks → coins → shop → dome → repeat. Adventures and friends come next once you have a few days under your belt.

📍 Where things live

• Home — today's tasks, the streak widget, your koko in the dome scene.
• Quests — daily, weekly, and special quests; the WishBox.
• Journal (Lookn's) — moods, reflections, breathing.
• World — your dome, friend domes, and adventures.
